Thanks. I read the documentation. It is not possible to change the fields in the feedback form into Russian.
Could you help me.

SP Page Builder Pro is Russian, but this also did not change anything ((

Please tell me which folder should you put the language file in? In sitename / language or in / /administrator / language?
Шаблон shaper_helixultimate..the feedback form itself is selected from one of the blocks in SP Page Builder

this is folder used on front-end.

Indeed, somehow language file is not used.

Is Russian langugage is set as default in Joomla?
