Mobile Menu not showing on iPhone

I cannot get the mobile (Hamburger) menu to show up on iPhone.

Thank you for the quick response.

You gave me the info I needed to figure this out. I always clear cache on my web browser, but had not done that on the iPhone. I deleted the website data for this website on the iPhone and the menu appeared. Yay!
