Error With Innovate Template

Hello,
just installed Innovate template on a clean Joomla! 4 install and I get this message :
Undefined variable $text_color: templates/innovate/scss/theme.scss on line 103, at column 5 Call Stack: #0 import templates/innovate/scss/theme.scss templates/innovate/scss/master.scss on line 8 #1 import templates/innovate/scss/master.scss (unknown file) on line 1

Accepted AnswerHello, it was with a brand new blank site with the latest Joomla and a site updated from Joomla 3 to 5 site both in local xampp set up
However i found that the error disappears if i make any change inside the Helix Style editor area
