Joomla Module In SPPB Not Working

Dear support,

I would like to include a Joomla Module in my PB page. I add the "joomla module" addon, chose the module and klick save, but the module is not shown in the frontend. If I close and reopen (or just reload) the PB page, the previously added "joomla module" addon has disappeared. Could you please check what the issue is?

Thank you and kind regards, Manuela

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. I have checked the module addon and it works fine.

Dear Toufiq, Thanks for testing. I realized now that it does indeed work if you include it over the backend editor. But in the frontend editor it does not. For now I can solve it through the backend editor, but a bugfix would be great. Thank you and kind regards, Manuela

If you want to edit Page Builder Module then you have to come from the backend through edit with front end.

To clarify: I know how to access the frontend editor (I am using it all the time). The problem is: "joomla module" does not work in the frontend editor. You may try it yourself.

Can you share a screencast video?

Thank you for your video. Unfortunately, it does not fix my issue. I am doing all the same steps (as you see in my previous video) but Pagebuilder seems to have a problem and does not display the joomla module. Could you please check again? Thank you and kind regards, Manuela

I found out the difference between your and my video: the "apply" button. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience.
