Expand Logo On Shaper_helixultimate 2 With Multi Row On Header

I created a website with the shaper_helixultimate version 2 template with a Multi Row version of the header, I want to expand the position of the logo in the middle to 3-6-3 how do I change it.

Is it possible with custom.css and please provide the info code to change it.
