Problems With Rows

I added a new blog article on my website and did some updates. After the updates I have problems with rows in the frontend. The modules are not showed correct (Kategorien and Aktuell). In this two moduls I defined to have 2 rows. But now it seems to display only 1 row.

The Page Builder CSS code doesn't load. Maybe your server blocked to load the CSS of Page Builder. Now i have copied and added the css code inside the custom.css file. Thanks
