Awaiting an answer Helix Framework

Conflict between Helix Ultimate and popup with JCE Mediabox

I am configuring, on a local server, a pop through JCE Mediabox.
It used to work, now with HU 2.0.6, it doesn't work anymore. To show what I mean I used the Protostar template.
You can see the behavior in the video, alternating templates (Helix Ultimate and Protostar) you can see the wrong behavior.

Have you updated to the latest version of JCE?
They are always fixing issues on their end as well.
