Change Sticky Heder Menu Background And High

I am using Melvin template and I need to change the background and high of the sticky menu, when I load the page I have the correct high and color but when I scroll down it reduces high and change color

Also I need traslate to spanish the Contact Form

Please use the following code in your custom CSS to change the color and hight of the sticky header:

#sp-header.menu-fixed {
    background-color: #791e1b;
    height: 90px;
}

Note: Path towards custom CSS: Extensions>Templates>Styles> Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options. Then find custom CSS within the custom code.

Work fine, and the color off the bottom off the page wherer can I find this css names. And also change to spanish the contact form.
