Page Builder - License Key Requirement On Localhost Installation

Hi, I have started prep work for a client website on my local computer. When using 'page builder' the 'blocks' section is unavailable (see screenshot https://prnt.sc/21veib9). If I use license key on my localhost installation, will that be counted as actual use?

No, activating on localhost will not affect it. But on live server, you will be able to activate it on 3 sites.

Please install SP Page Builder Pro and activate your license key. Follow this documentation. Then you will be able to use the Layout Bundles.

Ofi, I have a 'business' subscription (3 websites license) for templates & page builder. If I activate page builder on my localhost will that mean using up 1 license?

One more thing, my page gets saved in 'page builder' but I am redirected to a '404 error' page - see screenshot: https://prnt.sc/21ytyur
