Imposible To Update Joomla To V4

Hi friends imposible to update to joomla 4. I tried many times. uninstaled everything. Updated everything Before update it says that sp pagebuilder is not compatible and after update admin is broken and i have error JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL Duplicate entry '1' for key 'PRIMARY'. I can send you akeeba backup so you see. I tried it with cyberpanel and little speed server and then moved to standart apachi no way.

JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL Duplicate entry '1' for key 'PRIMARY'.

Hi. This error means that you have been migrated to a dirty database in which fragments from previous unsuccessful attempts remain. Always use a new database or clean the old one when restoring after unsuccessful attempts.
