SP Page Builder 3.8.1 Installation Problem

When I try to install the latest version of SP Page Builder, I get the following error:

JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL Duplicate column name 'catid' Extension installation aborted. Error installing component

Oddly, the Extension:Update shows that a new version is available, but also shows that it is installed.

You have the latest SP Page Builder version installed. Please check SP Page Builder -> About section.
