Logo To Small In Helix 3

I just upgraded a website from Helix 2.5.8 to Helix 3 and not the logo image is being displayed to small. If I look at the elements for the logo it shows...
<img class="sp-default-logo d-none d-lg-block" src="/website/images/header.png" srcset="/website/images/header.png 2x" alt="Website">
If I maually remove the "2x" then everything displays great. It seems the "2x" is causing the image to shrink and display to small.
How can I prevent this from happening or force the 2x to be removed?

That is the version it automatically upgraded to when selecting "Update" in the "Extensions: Update" panel. Sorry for not being more precise, this problem is occuring with Helix 3 (v3.0.1)

Accepted AnswerFixed (for me) by deleting the retina logo and mobile logo in the shaper configuration. Now only using the "regular" logo.
