I checked his website yesterday in a different topic, his website was hacked, malware code damaged Joomla files and uploaded many infected new ones. .htaccess file was damaged as well.

This time is not update nor ours fault.

Remove all files there shouldn't be there AND use Joomla native htaccess

You have first sign of hacking from Nov 2021
