Also the update is affecting the size of the font in the bottom section...

H1 is coming up as 36px when you 'right click + inspect' but when you go to Extensions > Templates > Styles > shaper_helix3 – Default > Typography then it shows the font size at 20px.

Thank you for your quick response especially at this time of year and when I cleared the cache then it sorted out the duplicate logo problem.

However it is still enlarging the font size from a module in the bottom section for h1 and h2. The code below seems to have been added as shown in yellow on the screenshot. It has been inherited from h1 (bootstrap.min.css:6).

.h1, h1 { font-size: calc(1.375rem + 1.5vw); }

Finally are you finding many problems with switching Helix 3 websites over to Joomla 4 - should I wait a bit or do it straight away?
