offcanavas menu

Hello there,
I am very very disappointed and not happy with your support. I have been trying to solve an issue with the offcanavas menu on my website for a while. I provided the information she requested, but not heard back. This issue has been lingering since you had your old support system by creating a ticket, but now you moved to the blog support system. What I mean by that, the issue has not been resolved in since Dec 31st. All I need is a response with a solution. How long should I wait to my problem to be solved?

Yesterday, I communicated via chat support. Waited but no response. This is not good customer support nor good service. Being ignored this log is not appreciated.

Can you give me all details what is wrong + screenshot + access to your website using "Hidden Content" field.

my problem is with the offcanavas menu on my website. it does not display all the submenu items under the mega menu. the mega menu has two sections and each there are more items. the offcanavas menu only shows the two sections and no submenu items under

I use the template settings under navigations>menu mega menu and made my selections as well as the offcanvas menu module

here is the website fossa.health/portal and I am using the latest versions of joomla, template, sppagebiulder

Fixed.
Please check your Mobile Menu now.
If you want I can make submenu "Core Pages" and "Releated Pages" open by default.
