I am very very disappointed and not happy with your support. I have been trying to solve an issue with the offcanavas menu on my website for a while. I provided the information she requested, but not heard back. This issue has been lingering since you had your old support system by creating a ticket, but now you moved to the blog support system. What I mean by that, the issue has not been resolved in since Dec 31st. All I need is a response with a solution. How long should I wait to my problem to be solved?
Yesterday, I communicated via chat support. Waited but no response. This is not good customer support nor good service. Being ignored this log is not appreciated.
