I want to add a 4th feature box.
Is that possible?

1. Get an Appointment / 2. Emergency Contact / 3. opening Hours / 4. ......

Hi there!

Please choose the section column structure as 4 as follows and then add the fourth feature box will be good I think.

Sorry for the delay. Yes, a 4th col is possible.

Hi,

So the issue remains is some white space in mobile view?
Then please give me your site URL to check.
And your device resolution would be better too:)
