Sorry for the inconvenience. It's not our product issue, You should contact your hosting provider to unblock the header request. Besides, If you use Cloudflare then you need to disable the rocket loader or mod_security from your hosting server.

To update, i have tested 3 diffrent providers now. None of the sites worked to import template. To ask the hosting provider to allow header request cannot be an answer. Please look whats wrong.

Did you disable the rocket loader or mod_security from your hosting server? Keep a backup and reinstall page builder.
