Everything was working fin since severals weeks/months.
Any idea why?

This is unusual case. I have not found such issues. We are trying to improve it so that the token generates automatically.

for info I saw you have enabled instagram addon with your own account.
I have hidden it because this is a PRODUCTION website, so you cannot leave a bloc enabled like this with your account, this is not professionnal.
you can do some tests of course, to try debug, but when done please hidden what you did.

The solution is given below:
- Go to https://developers.facebook.com/apps
- On your app, go to Facebook Login -> Settings
- Add Valid OAuth Redirect URIs
- Now in SP Page Builder settings, generate Access Token
I have done this and get this working.

Even If I did this configuration, we have often problems with instagram addon.
images are not displayed and we have to login on webiste, edit the page and validate again the addon.
then images are back.
why this behavior?

Apology for the inconvenience. We have not received such feedback for the addon. We will review the addon on the next release.
After studying the case, I have found that the token needs to be regenerated after 60 days. It might be causing your issue.

yes you're right, the token has to be refreshed every 60 days, this is a facebook limitation.
but sometimes, even If the 2 months limit has not been reached, images failed.
