Article Voting Error

The voting - rating star does not complete the cycle. I created a new template name so I only assigned this template on for the blog category page. The other pages will complete the cycle and rate properly but not when you create a new template name.

I had a few bad experiences giving that kind of access. Respectfully, what are you going to do? I can possibly do it for you. Or, can give me step by step directions and for your search logic.

Go to the file location

Find out this code 

success: function (response) {
                var data = $.parseJSON(response);
                $parent.find('.ratings-count').text(data.message);
                $parent.find('.fa-spinner').hide();

And replace with this code 

success: function (response) {
                var data = response;
                $parent.find('.ratings-count').text(data.message);
                $parent.find('.fa-spinner').hide();

So when I click on a rating im getting Method getAjax does not exist (defined). I still have the above code placed.
