Today i want install fresh educon qucikstart on xampp, and i cannot, installtion every time hangs and installation never end. Looks like DB is not full installed.
To compare i instal fresh deafult joomla installtion and its has been installed with any problems.

Would you please lower your PHP version down to 7.3 or earlier? As the Educon template is built with the helix3 framework so PHP 7.4 may cause this.

Hello there, on php 7.3 the same error. Installtion stop on 123 table in DB. Regards.
