I have a problem with easystore. In a website under development there no way to publish thumbnail under StoreFront in SP Page Builder. The same image is successfully published under Single Page
What's missed? Any suggestion? Thanks

Hello Ofi, following your precious advice I did a couple of tests. I can confirm that in my case, after deactivating lazy loading in Helix Ultimate everything works correctly. Thanks see you soon

You cannot use Thumbnail addon directly. You have to take Product List addon and inside it, you can use Thumbnail addon.

You have shared the JPA format backup file. Please change the file type as ZIP in Akeeba Backup configuration. Then take the backup and share.

I have got the issue. The lazy loading is the problem. Please turn off lazy loading from SP Page Builder and Helix Ultimate settings. Then thumbnail will show fine.
