You cannot use Thumbnail addon directly. You have to take Product List addon and inside it, you can use Thumbnail addon.

Please take a full site backup with Akeeba Backup in ZIP format and share here. Follow this tutorial. I will check it on my localhost.

You have shared the JPA format backup file. Please change the file type as ZIP in Akeeba Backup configuration. Then take the backup and share.

I have got the issue. The lazy loading is the problem. Please turn off lazy loading from SP Page Builder and Helix Ultimate settings. Then thumbnail will show fine.
