The website indicates "Processing" but nothing appenned then

I apologize for the delay. I’ve looked into the issue, and it seems that the booking couldn’t be completed due to an email setup misconfiguration. Please configure your email settings by going to:
System > Global Configuration > Server > Mailer.

If you still face this issues after mail configuration, Please, disable Solidres plugin. Then try again.
