Hi,
All of our images for our shop are in landscape format. However, when I assign these images to the products, they are cropped and the original ratio is not retained.
I haven't found a setting anywhere in EasyStore to be able to set this.
Is there a setting for the Thumbnail element to configer the ratio and if so, where?
Glad to know that you have fixed the issue. You can now close this post by accepting the answer.

Thanks for your quick respond.
To set the width to a fix value does not fix this issue. It is only smaller than.
I fixed it with css, but there shoud be an option to choose from in the backend or set this up.
.easystore-product-image img {object-fit: contain; }
.easystore-product-image {padding-bottom: 66.60% !important;} Best
