Hello

it was working fine minutes ago
suddenly my website only shows as a white screen with 2 hamburguer menus?

HI,

Try this method:

  1. Remove all custom Javascript code, including Tag Manager, from Template Options
  2. Download and install Phoca site plugin (phoca.cz)
  3. Inside setting of Phoca Site plugin insert your custom code + publish plugin

Then all should be OK.

If you have RSFirewall - before step 3 - add your IP as trusted to White List inside settings.

Hello, i followed your instructions
i could insert the code via Phoca plugin

do you know when could we use the helix custom code again to insert google codes?

I noticed it has something to do with Meny and Off canvas menu
and with custom code Google Tag manager code

i am trying to insert google codes and there the template keeps on Drafting and shows error
then i get the double hamburger menu and everything else got white-blank screen

then i go to Menu, select only menu, and then the website shows again
but no google code

About Google tracking, in Template Options > Advanced > you have option to add Google Analitics ID, and it's all you have to do.

ABout Phoca Site, is so tiny plugin that you should use it, and relax.
