Hello Joomshaper, unfortunately the menu has recently stopped working completely. I can't pinpoint an exact time when it happened. If I switch to Cassiopeia, everything works fine. The top menu level is displayed correctly as a link, but nothing happens when you click on it. As soon as there is a sub-entry, the one above it no longer works.
I would really appreciate your help.

Fortunately, I tried this on a backup. All settings are lost. The menu still does not work. Do you have any good ideas?
Ok, I think I know....
Please download (!) and install Helix Ultimate template again. Probably you installed corrupted version that was online for frist few hours.
In current one, all should be OK after you will clear cache.

Hi Paul, I have downloaded and reinstalled Helix ultimate 2.1.3 twice. Unfortunately this does not fix it.
@Jens, can you refresh/clean server cache in cPanel for that domain , just in case if it's that.
Can you also share access to admin area , we need that for deeper investigation.
Please do not delete the template, as it is not so easy to restore everything. I will also install a backup to try again from there.
Hello Paul, hello Jens, I have the same problem and reinstalled Helix Ultimate 2.3.1, cleared the cache, without succes. I am using the site template Helix Version 2.1.3 in Joomla 5 and have the problem that I can only click on the > sign in the off canvas menu to open the submenus in nested menus. On another website I host, I can click on the text of the parent menu and the submenu items pop up. This is a problem with the BFSG (EAA), because it's not so easy to click on the >sign as on the text.

it may help you, if not - you have to also change menu items type from Heading to URL with "#" used as links. Then all that together will help in 100%.
