I'm using the Form Builder addon of SP Page Builder v5.7.0 to create a data submission form. However, I'm currently unable to send notification emails. There's no success or failure message displayed after form submission.

Url error: Home & Contact
I’ve already configured the email server correctly and tested email sending from the website successfully.
Could you please help me with this issue?

You have not correctly set your form builder email template variables thats why you see this error. Please, check this documentation:

However, I haven't been able to set up the success message after sending the email.

It seems like you didn't quite understand what I meant. I have configured everything correctly according to the instructions. However, when I click the Submit button, the success message for sending the email does not appear. I’m not sure what the issue is. Could you please check this for me?

Thank you for your help. My issue has been resolved. Could you please let me know what steps you took to fix it?
I just disable this option form your form builder, It will work if you have email field in your form.
