Hello Marin,
Sorry for the inconvenience. Please try the following steps, which should resolve the issue:
- Go to the menu settings, which are not visible in the mega menu.
- Save all the menu settings again.
- Then clear your Joomla and browser cache and check.
If this doesn't solve the issue, please reach out and I'll look into it more deeply.

Hi, the main menu items are showing, but the submenu items do not display. In the Offcanvas menu everything works fine. How can I fix this?

Hi, I’m facing this problem again. Suddenly, one of the main menu items disappeared, even though it’s showing correctly in the off-canvas menu. Saving the menu item didn’t help this time either. Any idea what I should do?

From my end, I’m unable to find a menu with that name in either the Mega Menu or the Offcanvas Menu.

To find Download Zona, hover over or click on the "Plus" menu item to reveal its submenu options, where Download Zona is listed.

The “Plus” menu is configured as a mega menu. If you add new submenu items after the mega menu has already been created, they will not be added automatically.
You will need to manually add the newly created submenu items through the Mega Menu Builder.
