Contact form Setting

Dear Team,

Im unable to edit the contact form on my website especially with the General tab where im suppose to enter the "Recipient Email" ....... Kindly asiist in fixing this.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Hello,

I checked your site and noticed that you are using Joomla 3 with PHP 8.0 and SP Page Builder 5.7.1. This combination is causing the issues you are seeing.

To resolve this, please:

  1. Upgrade Joomla to 4.x or 5.x or 6.x a version compatible with SP Page Builder 5.x.
  2. Use PHP 8.1 for proper compatibility.

⚠️ Important: Before performing these updates, create a staging site. Update Joomla and SP Page Builder there first. Once everything works correctly, you can safely migrate the updates to your main site.
