Template Mega Deal II whit a situation

I have a situation with the following domain:

tienda.agtica.net

tienda.agtica.net/administrator

I've attached screenshots of this situation.

I've also attached the login credentials for this site.

The problem is that when I log into SP Builder and make a small change, like a name or title on the homepage, it deletes all the content of that design and corrupts it. I have to assign one of the backup designs; in this case, I assigned design #11 and created several backups up to design #16.

I checked the database for this domain, and everything seems to be working fine. The necessary write permissions are also assigned on the server.

I have other sites and domains on the same server, and the changes I make are saved, and I can make modifications to the homepage without it becoming corrupted.

Here's another example where the same template DOES work well:

I see this issues, when try to save, The message net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT indicates that the server is not responding in time when attempting to save the page. This is not a JavaScript issue, but rather a server-side timeout problem.

The request to save the page is being sent successfully, but the server is either blocking it or taking too long to process it, which results in the “Failed to fetch” error.

We recommend checking the following with your hosting provider:
• Increase memory_limit to at least 512M
• Set max_execution_time to 300
• Set post_max_size to 64M or higher
• Set upload_max_filesize to 64M or higher
• Ensure that ModSecurity or any server firewall is not blocking requests
• Review server error logs at the time the issue occurs

Additionally, if the page contains many sections or large media files, please try reducing the content and test saving again to see if the issue is related to the page size.
