Error 1615 when updating SP Page on 3 templates

Good afternoon. I have three websites using different templates, all updated to Joomla 6.1.
They work stably on SP 6.1.2.
Updating to 6.3 displays error 1615.

Here are the errors on the INVESTA template.

Error: 16151615

Hi Aliya,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

For this issue, please try reinstalling SP Page Builder Pro manually.

Log in to your JoomShaper account
Download the latest version of SP Page Builder Pro
Go to Joomla Admin → System → Install → Extensions
Upload and install the package (it will overwrite the existing version)

This usually resolves Error 1615 when updating extensions from your admin dashboard.

Updated. Manually installed SP Page 6.3.2 - result 1615
The template is completely clean, no extensions, modules, or plugins. I think you can install the template and perform all updates.
Errors are shown only in debug mode.

Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

This problem is also observed on the Eleva template (current site)

As a work around, I already fix this issues by setting Mysql PDO instead of MySQLi:

In Global Configuration > Server > Database > Database Type : MySQL (PDO) Now no error.

Thanks, I hope I don't have these problems in the future. I'll try using this solution on other sites as well. If I run into any issues, I'll let you know.
