I would like to add a comment section to pages made with SP page builder: I tried with dynamic contents but without success. Is a demo page or instructions available ?

You can add a comment section to your SP Page Builder by following the instructions provided in our blog post below:

I've repeatedly tried to add comments to pages created with SP Page Builder.
I created a new section on a new page, but I couldn't find the COMMENT add-on in the list of available add-ons.
Is there a display block I've activated?
I have a regular subscription and have updated the add-on.

Thank you for contacting us.
Please note that the Comments add-on is not available for regular SP Page Builder pages. It can only be used on Dynamic Content Details pages or Article-integrated SP Page Builder pages.
This is the expected behavior, so there isn't a display option or setting that needs to be enabled.
