logo problem in Helix Ultimate

Asked by Matthias Heymann 1 month ago Last activity 1 month ago

Hi all,
just building a new/relaunch website and running into a problem with the logo.
standard logo space in the settings is too small, if you add some size, the rest does not fit anymore.
So I decided to leave the logo blank, set to logo heigth zero and added the logo as a module.
Works nice on the desktop, but in mobile, 1.) the size is too big and the hamburger icon jumps down, and 2.) the Helix logo apears above my logo module.
Cant find a solution for that ...

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out.

There is an .htaccess authentication step that I need to pass, but I don't have the credentials for that screen. As a result, I couldn't access your Joomla administrator area.

Also, are you currently using a predefined header? If so, the more convenient approach would be to create a custom header with your desired layout, pattern, and width instead of using a module for the logo.

You can find the related documentation for Helix Ultimate here:

Helix Ultimate – Custom Header

Hope this helps!

Best regards,

I found a workaround: set the logo text size to zero in custom css. Not nice, but works. Any other solutions?

Thanks for asking. I checked the custom header solution and I will use it with the next project.
For this one, my workaround was good enough.
