Is your Behaviour - Backward Compatibility plugin is enabled?

no it is disabled as i wanted to update the website to 6.1.3

Just to confirm, the error is occurring while the Behaviour - Backward Compatibility plugin is disabled during the Joomla upgrade process, correct?
Please try the following:
- Disable the Behaviour - Backward Compatibility plugin.
- Proceed with the Joomla update to 6.1.3.
- Once the update is completed successfully, re-enable the Behaviour - Backward Compatibility 6 plugin.
This should resolve the issue and allow the upgrade to complete properly.
Before proceeding, however, please make sure to take a full backup of your website and database so you can restore the site if anything unexpected occurs during the update.
