Compile SCSS to CSS dosen't work

Hello
On a new site with the last Helix and the template Fortune, the function "Compile SCSS to CSS" doesn't work.
The link "Save" keeps on turning.

What happens ?

I have turned on Compile SCSS to CSS on all the template copies. It seems okay now.
