Home page shows on site but not in Joomla

Hi there

In this site the home page is pretty much how I want it.

Today I went to open the home page and what I get is an empty page.. not THAT page. (menu and footer only)

Even if I click the "Edit Icon" from this actual page - once logged in it brings me the empty page.

If I click to edit the NON WYSISYG page link (from the Pages list) then it seems to load the elements
(albeit in what appears a bit of a mess)

I can't lose this page so I back out and never save, but I still need access and edit ability for it.

What can I do to fix this?? I have added an super user access to the hidden info for your use.

Your help is appreciated.

Hi there,

Yes, The page builder has an issue. We have fixed it in our localhost. We will release it soon.

First please look at the home page. You need to see how much is there. It has slideshow and content.

This is me logged in. You can see my list of pages.

This is me clicking the HOME Page Edit using Frontend Editor. There is no content other than header / footer

If I try to click the Frontend Editor FROM the layout builder it STILL shows NO CONTENT

I can't lose this page and have to do it over. How can I make it so I can edit this page using the Frontend editor with it showing all the content that is actually there right now?

I included the login info for you to see this first hand.. did you login?

If you are able to open the Front End Editor and see ALL elements can you please take a screen shot to show me? I then need to figure out why you can see it and me not. But please do show me that you infact see the entire page when opened in the Frontend Editor ??

Yes sorry, I just realized I had changed it. The new info is added to the hidden area.

I should add that when I ppen any other page using the Front End Editor all elements on that page do show and I can edit them. Only when I open the home page using it do the elements dissappear and only header and footer show. (but I CAN open it with the layout builder and edit there.. so I know those elements are there)

Below is a link to myself logging in successfully to the Admin as well as the Pages for Joom Shaper, Using the info above that I provided a week ago.

I left if for a few days having noticed others with similar issues after upgrading thinking perhaps there was an issue with the new version. I came back to find a simple "login doesnt work" ...when it does.

Can you please pass this ticket to Tier II or which ever the next level is for support? It appears you are not going to be able to log in no matter what I do.

I can't release this site to the owner until I know the home page is not going to be an issue. And needless to say we don't want to lose that page when looking at the issue so I ask for caution too please.
