If I chose this predefined header https://prnt.sc/1xtdkfe then from website front-end works fine from computer view : https://prnt.sc/1xtdmy8
But from mobile view I don't understand why there is a blank space on top of the logo : https://prnt.sc/1xtdqcd ?

I don't know the answer why.
Probably somebody from Dev team didn't predict that some users needs only logo there, without social icons nor contact info. Yes, it has to be improved in one of upcoming updates.
By now you have to hide it by custom CSS.
Hi,
Use Code Inspector from your browser and check what Section is there. Investigate basic HTML code and used CSS classes. You can always make a screenshot and share link to it for consulations.

I'm glad I found a tread with the same problem I'm facing right now.
I could'n figured out how to solve it and this custom code
@media (max-width: 580px) {
#sp-header-topbar {margin: 0; display: none !important;}
#sp-header-topbar .container-inner > .row {min-height: 0;}
}works smooth on mobile but not on tablet.
