Predefined Headers And Other Questions

Helix Framework 10 months ago

Hi, I've a few questions about this new version of Helix Framework (3.0.5)

Is there a way to get the predefined headers back?

How to remove the black preloader line that goes across the screen when using the logo as the preloader?

How to get the options for Custom Style back when on the Presets tab?

On the Layout tab, there is a drop down, but the only option is "Default". Is there something else that should be available here?

Thanks

Another oddity. With Search Engine Friendly URLs selected in the Joomla Configuration I get 404 Errors when trying to use the front end editor. I'm using the standard joomla htaccess file.

Hi Matt .

Can I be 100% honest with you? Don't waste your time with old Helix3 anymore.

  1. Download Helix Ultimate template, set it as default template.
  2. Then disable all Helix3 plugins.
  3. Later you can uninstall Helix3 template. Don't keep both on the same website.
  4. Helix Ultimate has predefined headers, Helix3 does not! >> https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/basic#header
  5. Layout Manager is more advanced >> https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/helix-framework/layout-builder
  6. More tips & info you can find inside our documenation, and on youtube.

Sorry, but all Errors 404 caused by .htaccess or/and Joomla configuration >> forum.joomla.org (for obvious reasons)

Popular reasons: Using old .htaccess file, that file was customized, you forgot to rename orginal file htaccess.txt, wrong settings in Joomla Global Configuration, or both.

Maybe you forgot about simple thing, happends. We all getting old / tired.

I have no idea how I downloaded Helix 3 rather than Helix Ultimate. It must have been late at night. Anyway the 404 errors disapeared as soon as I upgraded to Helix Ultimate.

Thanks,
