I have checked my end and we have released the Newsberg, Gazette Template with poll component. No issue found there. Without investigation how can i provide the solution. Thanks

I do not use Akeeba - I can send a backup copy of the files made in the hosting panel. Will it work?

Make a zip file of Joomla and export the database. Then make a bundle with zip and share a google drive link. Thanks
