Joomla article Blog Options tab missing

Asked by Colin Sturgeon 4 years ago Last activity 4 years ago

Joomla: 3.10.3
Template: Indigo 1.5

Hi support, the Blog Options tab in the Joomla articles has disappeared. Not sure when this happened, we have seven case studies currently using the Blog Options image, these still appear in the articles, except for those we've opened and saved, the Blog Options image has now been removed from these.
I've looked through everywhere in the backend, but can't resolve this issue.

Can you help?

Many thanks
Colin

Hello Colin Sturgeon

Please share your screenshot again. I cannot see it. I agree with Ugur. It might be any third-party plugin conflict. You can check by disabling third-party plugins and check.

Best regards

Hi,

Any 3rd party plugin may have affected it. Please check and try.

This is what comes to mind

Maybe it's a different problem.

Hi Ugur/Ofi,
Yes, it was a third party plugin and I've managed to sort this. Thank you for the quick feedback.

Many thanks
Colin
