Dentro template has its own "Make An Appointment" page, which can be used to register & contact patients with the doctor's office. It's a quite simple appointment form built using the Form Builder addon, it just sends messages, doesn't store them. If you need a more advanced booking system with a calendar, daily schedules, then you should consider using a different extension.
