Dentro template has its own "Make An Appointment" page which can be used to register & contact patients with the doctor office. It's a quite simple appointment form built using Form Builder addon, it just sends messages, doesn't store them. If you need more advanced booking system with calendar, daily schedules - you should consider using a different extension.
