The Bottom section of that template was built using two rows, single column, and four columns in a single row with modules (menu and SP Page Builder inside). We used the following module positions:

• bottom-top (SP Page Builder module with Opt-in addon for a newsletter)
• bottom1 (SP Page Builder module)
• bottom2 (Menu module)
• bottom3 (Menu module)
