Hi

Use this custom css

.com-content.view-article .article-header-wrap{
        background-color: #fad1cd !important;
}
.article-details .article-header h1, .article-details .article-header h2{
        color: #961111 !important;
}

Note: Path towards custom CSS: Extensions>Templates>Styles> Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options. Then find custom CSS within the custom code.
