Cannot Find Where To Enter My Key

I upgraded the latest sp page builder and I have lost access to the pro add on. I can't find where to readd the key.

Hi there!

Sorry for your issues! Kindly, Download the latest version from here and reinstall it:

https://www.joomshaper.com/downloads/extension/sp-page-builder-pro

And please make sure you have input your email and license key to SP Page Builder -> Pages -> Option (on the right) -> License & Update (input your email and license key) -> Save and Close. and then clear your browser and Joomla cache.

Most importantly, You have to copy the license key from your Joomshaper Dashboard. I have attached a screenshot for your ease: https://prnt.sc/vesh66

I have the same problem, and it is recurring, it's been 3 times in the past two months that this has happened. how to prevent this from happening again? because it must be reinstalled each time. I specify that my license is active and insert well on the site.

I have the same problem. And it is reoccuring. Everytime there is an update I loose my license info and access to pro items. I have to also reinstall the pro component and then enter my license info again. This info should be saved so upgrading does not effect it. I am guessing since it s a common bug that it would be easy to duplicate.
