Are you talking about the total right part?

Then you can use the following code in your custom CSS:

aside#sp-right {
    background-color: white;
}

Note: Path towards custom CSS: Extensions>Templates>Styles> Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options. Then find custom CSS within the custom code.

However, I think you didn't use the quickstart pack of Helix Ultimate? If you used the quickstart then the page styling would be much better in generall.
