Mega Menu Appears And Then When You Move Mouse Over It Disappears

If i choose top menu, i see the mega menu and then when i move mouse down to mega menu it disappears which leaves only top menu.

ok, turns out someone had set the menu to - System/Menu header....rather than URL and inserting # ...resolved thank. you.
