404 Error On Frontend

Hi, we're getting error 404 when trying to use the frontend editor, already checked the requirements, updates to joomla (currently at 3.10.4) and jce (2.9.18), template is not using helix, to no avail.

The only thing we see is an error on console

Uncaught Error: Minified React error #327; visit https://reactjs.org/docs/error-decoder.html?invariant=327 for the full message or use the non-minified dev environment for full errors and additional helpful warnings. Vr [our_domain_here]/components/com_sppagebuilder/assets/js/engine.js?9a4315fd57f703a6ae894dd42ac4b68f:33

and some 404s on the network tab pointing that 2 is not found (the urls is something like https://domain.com/the/page/edit/2) , we understand edit is added by sp and 2 is the page id

It is working only if we disable all sef+rewrite options, but we'd like to be able to edit without disabling-reenabling the sef urls, we're not using any sef module (just Joomla! options)

Could you please advice us as to how to troubleshoot this? Also, it's a page created with the free SP version that we just updated to PRO, if that helps. If you need to access admin-ftp, please let us know.

Many thanks in advance!

After disable SEF it works fine. I think you didn't follow the proper guideline of SEF.

Hi Toufiq, the 'guideline' only explains how to enable sef-urls and rewriting, we already had this... (we uncommented the rewritebase so you can see that it's exactly as the 'guide', and thus, we think this is not to blame for the 404)

Since after the changes and clearing Joomla and host cache, we find ourselves in the exact same spot (that it is not working), could you please take a look into it?

Many thanks.
