There is no such sequence that needs to be followed as per my knowledge, but you can start with the template update first. But as I can see from your update list, there is a mixup with the two template frameworks. It should not be installed the helix Ultimate and the Helix3 framework together. It seems you have templates made with both frameworks. As they are different in so many areas so they may conflict under some circumstances.

Please keep templates from a single framework only and remove the others.

Thanks for contacting us. You can update all with one click. These updates will be applicable for all the duplicated templates. For example, If you have 3 copies of Helix Ultimate, then the update will be applicable for all 3 copies. I hope that you are using custom.css file or using your CSS on Template Options -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS. In this way, updates will do no harm to your CSS.

I always recommend taking a full site backup before update though. It is a good practice.

So i'm not sure why there's 2 teplate frameworks?

My custom.css are in templates - Shaper_helixutimate - css - custom.css But had some issues with this setup in another site where custom css did not work and had to be done in Template Options -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS

Just to be shure, I want to stay on Joomla 3.10.4 and not update to 4.

These might be the duplicates of the 1 template. You can stay at Joomla 3. There should be no issues.
