Cannot See Helix Ultimate Template After Installation

Hello,
i want to switsch my Template from Helix 3 to Helix Ultimate. I downloaded and installed the Helix Ultimate Template and got the Report, that the plugin installation was successful ( Shaper Helix Ultimate - Blank template of Helix Ultimate framework) but ei cannot see the Template in the backend of mein Joomla (3.10.4).

As 1st step: Use FTP or File Manager from cPanel and check if you have those folders:
templates\shaper_helixultimate
plugins\system\helixultimate
plugins\system\TmplHelixUltimate
If no, it means that you have problems with folder permissions. And Joomla cannot install any extensions nor template. You can copy from Helix quickstart.
If yes, you have them, In Joomla Admin: Extensions - Manage - Discover (try to find there and install)

Accepted AnswerThere isn't the folder plugins\system\TmplHelixUltimate The other folders are existent.
Should i delete the other Ultimate folders manually and install again?

If yes, you have them (folders), In Joomla Admin: Extensions - Manage - Discover (try to find there and install)
By now you can keep both, but after just uninstall helix3 (plugin and template).
